Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Method:
All our products are digital downloads or digital files delivered instantly via email or direct download links upon successful payment. No physical shipment is involved.

2. Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed automatically and usually completed within a few minutes after payment confirmation.

  • In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours. You will receive an email with your download link.

3. Download Information:

  • Download links will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

  • Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

4. File Access & Storage:

  • We recommend downloading your purchased files immediately and saving a backup copy, as download links may expire after a set time (usually 7 days).

  • If you encounter any issues downloading, please contact us at support@sajavatkala.in.

Returns and Exchanges

1. Digital Products:

  • Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the purchase is completed and the files are downloaded.

2. Exceptions:

  • If the product files are corrupted, incomplete, or you receive the wrong files, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase with your order details and issue description.

  • We will provide a corrected file or replacement at no extra cost.

3. Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once payment is confirmed and the product is delivered via download.
